* Rates are subject to change; guests will be provided a 3 month notice of change in writing

• Extended Stay guests may not use our physical address as a mailing address.  Guests must use a P.O. Box in town.  There are P.O. Boxes available at the Post Office and Country Mart.
• Packages may be delivered to the Front Office by UPS and Fed-Ex, but no mail.
• Electric usage over included amount is billed at 11 cents per kWh.
• Electric Meters are recorded on the 1st of each month.  Overage bills are sent for each month.
• During winter months, stored RV’s must be winterized and unplugged from electric.
